You are sweating like nobodies business, your body is borderline shutting down, and then afterwards your scared to sit down because you might not get back up. Sounds fun huh? And for some reason the next day when my muscles are aching and i just smile and know that i had a good workout, and put the DVD in and do it all over again. Its insanity!
